Questions about billing
What happens if I use up my searches?
Nothing breaks. Search carries on using standard keyword relevance, and instant suggestions keep working as normal. Shoppers see no error and no mention of your plan. Upgrade at any point and AI search resumes immediately.
Can I downgrade later?
Yes, from Plan & usage inside the app. Your settings are kept rather than deleted — anything your new plan doesn’t include simply stops applying on the storefront and lights back up if you upgrade again.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin, or switch to the free plan from Plan & usage. Shopify cancels the subscription immediately on uninstall — there is nothing to email us about.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. The monthly fee is the whole cost. There are no per-order fees, no revenue share, and no usage charges beyond your plan.
Can I try it on a dev store?
Yes. Development stores can select any plan at no charge, so you can test the full experience — including the billing flow — before going live.
